Recently I was introduced to a new-to-me line of healthy snacks, called Harvest Snaps. I must be honest and say that I was a little apprehensive on trying a snack based on a snap-pea and lentils but they surprised me. The first one I tried was the Lightly Salted variety and instantly fell in love. My husband enjoyed the Black Pepper, he ate the whole bag in one sitting – which isn’t very hard to do. They have a great variety of flavors and have recently come out with a holiday line (Salted Caramel, Coffee Toffee, Cinnamon & Brown Sugar).
