Last night we made the Smoky Corn and Black Bean Pizza from Eating Well last night. It was the first time I cooked a pizza on the grill. I didn’t follow the directions exactly because I didn’t flip the dough over and then add the toppings. The bottom of the crust was perfect after 4 minutes and I felt like it wouldn’t taste right as the top of the pizza. Next time I’ll add the crust to the grill and immediately add the toppings and then cook for 5 minutes.

I purchased store bought pizza dough from Hannafords. This was a multi-grain dough.
I “baked” the dough on the grill with the cover down.
Added toppings and then cooked for another 4 minutes (give or take a few minutes)
I served the pizza with a Jicama and Mango Slaw
